Thanks to TCI Manhattan Roofing I no longer have a violation on my sidewalk, instead I have one of the cleanest looking sidewalk on my street. I also had a leak issue from my roof which a contractor had worked on before but didn’t solve my problem. So, I asked TCI to take a look at my roof. I wish I had found them before, not only did they fix my roof but also charged half of the price as the other contractor. TCI saved me money and time, couldn’t have asked for a better deal.

I called TCI for a quote after seeing them do a good job with a neighbor’s roof & chimney. I’ve been remodeling the interior of my home to put it on the market, and needed some a little bit of exterior work as well. They did a bit of repointing (mainly around the windows and front door) and other misc. brick work, as well as put new fascia across the entire front of the house, and it has really increased the curb appeal of my home.
